You translate complex security regulations, customer expectations, and risk into clear decisions, priorities, and trade‑offs, enabling product and engineering teams to deliver securely at scale. You own the security outcomes and risk decisions, not day‑to‑day security implementation. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Key accountabilities and core responsibilities /h3 ul liOverall product security posture across our portfolio (CO-AM Platform, Magics) /li liInterpretation of security legislation, standards, and customer requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST‑based frameworks) /li liDefinition of product security objectives and non‑functional requirements /li liExplicit risk acceptance and exception management /li liProduct security strategy, roadmap, and prioritization /li liExternal security posture towards customers, auditors, and regulators /li /ul h3Regulation and risk /h3 ul liAssess the applicability of security regulations and standards /li liDefine pragmatic compliance intent and scope /li liIdentify, document,
and accept residual product security risks /li liEnsure risks and exceptions are explicit, time‑bounded, and owned /li /ul h3Strategy and alignment /h3 ul liDefine and maintain a product security strategy aligned with business goals /li liTranslate regulatory and risk drivers into a prioritized security roadmap /li liAlign security priorities with product and engineering planning cycles /li /ul h3Cross‑functional leadership /h3 ul liPartner closely with the: ul liProduct Management Team on roadmap alignment and customer commitments /li liEngineering Management Team on delivery realities and investment trade‑offs /li liDevSecOps Lead on platform‑level security objectives /li liSecurity Architect on translating intent into secure designs /li liCISO to align product security decisions with enterprise risk posture and regulatory obligations where applicable /li /ul /li liAct as an escalation point when security, product, and delivery priorities conflict /li liSupport the Engineering Delivery teams and Security Champions,
such as improving their understanding of the security checklist /li /ul h3Governance and external trust /h3 ul liReview security metrics and evidence produced by security engineering /li liSupport audits, certifications, and customer security assessments /li liRepresent the company’s product security posture externally when required /li /ul h3What this role does not do /h3 ul liDesign detailed system architectures /li liBuild or operate security tooling /li liReview code or manage vulnerabilities day‑to‑day /li liDirectly manage security champions or software engineers /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 h3Required Skills And Experience /h3 ul liStrong understanding of product and cloud security in modern DevOps environments /li liExperience working with security regulations and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2, SOC 2, NIST, FedRAMP, or similar) /li liProven ability to make and defend risk‑based decisions /li liCredibility with senior engineering and product stakeholders /li liClear written and verbal communication, especially around trade‑offs /li /ul h3Experience profile /h3 ul li8+ years in software engineering, product security, or security leadership roles /li liExperience in product‑centric, engineering‑driven organizations /li liExposure to regulated environments is strongly preferred /li /ul h3Success looks like /h3 ul liSecurity expectations are clear and predictable for product and engineering /li liRisk acceptance is explicit, documented, and rarely escalated late /li liEngineering teams ship securely by default using platform guardrails /li liAudits and customer security reviews are uneventful and well‑prepared /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
