That’s why we need a Workplace Project Manager like you. /p pYour primary mission will be to lead the design execution, planning and delivery of office refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple locations, ensuring optimized space utilization, regulatory compliance, budget control and alignment with corporate strategy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pSpace Planning and Project Management: /p ul liEnd-to-end management of projects across multiple locations (from concept to delivery). /li liDesign and planning of corporate spaces tailored to local needs. /li /ul pProject Management and Execution: /p ul liCoordination with internal and external stakeholders (Facilities, IT, Security, suppliers). /li liCost and timeline control, ensuring deadlines and budget compliance. /li liSite supervision and validation of corporate standards. /li liRisk management and issue resolution throughout projects. /li liResource optimization and continuous improvement of design and execution processes. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pTo perform this job successfully,

Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Engineering or a related field. /li liProject Management certification is a plus. /li li3-5 years of experience in managing office, retail or corporate space projects. Experience in structured corporate environments is a plus. /li liProven experience in space planning, refurbishment and fit-out projects. /li liExperience managing multi-site projects is highly desirable. /li liStrong background in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. /li liProficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD or similar is a plus. /li liExperience in budget management and project scheduling. /li liSite supervision and construction management experience. /li liFluent English (minimum B2/C1), both written and spoken. /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. /li liResults-driven mindset with a focus on deadlines, cost control and quality. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptability. /li liContinuous improvement mindset, with a focus on process optimization. /li liWillingness to travel across different locations (15%-50%). /li /ul h3Benefits Schedule /h3 pFlexibility for U Program: Occasionally remote /p pFlexible schedule: Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time). /p pProfessional Group: 6 /p pContract of Employment: Permanent position /p pWe believe in diverse talent and want to remove any barriers that may hinder your participation. /p pGrifols is an equal opportunity employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
