In this role you will coordinate the onboarding of clients into Managed Security Services, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with standards. You will collaborate with sales, technical teams, legal, and delivery to manage onboarding projects end-to-end and drive client satisfaction. You will contribute to process improvements and ongoing support after onboarding, enabling scalable security service delivery. • Lead and coordinate client onboarding projects from start to finish
• Collaborate with sales, technical architects, legal, and delivery to prepare solutions and review documentation

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in managed security services or cybersecurity
• Knowledge of security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities xqbhyrx in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Certifications such as Prince II, PMP, or ITIL are a plus
