You will lead the HR Operations team, oversee the delivery of core HR processes and act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders across the organization. In this position, you will not only ensure high-quality HR execution, but also contribute to building a more efficient, consistent and future-ready HR function across Iberica. Your responsibilities Leading and coordinating the day-to-day HR Operations agenda across Iberia. Ensuring the successful delivery of the monthly and annual HR calendar for Head Office, Wholesale and Retail populations. Overseeing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle,



including personnel administration, performance processes, compensation-related activities, training coordination and employee engagement support. Setting operational priorities and ensuring quality, compliance and efficiency in HR execution. Supporting and advising managers on a broad range of HR and labor-related topics. Leading, coaching and developing the HR Operations team to perform at a high standard. Creating structure, clarity and accountability within the team. Driving continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities. Supporting the implementation of HR projects and new ways of working.
