ph3The Opportunity /h3pAs a Graduate, you will join the Talent Management team and contribute to essential people processes: Performance Review, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Cards, and Career Paths. You will support the data, structure, and operational backbone of Talent, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and ready for decision‑making. We will teach you the Talent frameworks, and you will bring rigour, analysis, structure and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information, and making processes flow smoothly. We welcome candidates from diverse academic and personal backgrounds — what matters is your mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn. /ph3What you’ll get to do /h3ulliManage, clean and update Talent data across systems and dashboards. /liliExtract and prepare data for Performance, Succession and Talent Review cycles. /liliMaintain documentation, templates, trackers and naming conventions to ensure consistency. /liliSupport the preparation of Talent Review materials (Talent Cards, summaries, insights). /liliCollaborate with HRBPs and managers to gather inputs required for talent cycles. /liliAssist in the creation and maintenance of Career Paths documentation. /liliCoordinate operational aspects of Talent projects: timelines, checklists, deliverables. /liliPrepare simple, clear presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve organisation, structure and data workflows within the team. /liliDiagnose and review Talent processes that could be optimised through the implementation of AI tools.
