Working across a range of projects and initiatives, you will lead testing activities, provide expert testing expertise and help drive the delivery of high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment. /p h3About The Role /h3 ul liPartner with business analysts, subject matter experts and developers to refine requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are clear, testable and aligned to business needs. /li liDevelop, maintain and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts that are traceable to business and technical requirements. /li liPerform functional, integration, system, regression and user acceptance testing across a variety of applications and platforms. /li liIdentify, document and manage defects, working closely with stakeholders to investigate issues and support resolution. /li liCollaborate with business, technology and vendor teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle. /li liParticipate in Agile delivery ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.



/li liContribute to the maintenance and enhancement of automated testing frameworks where applicable. /li liSupport the development of test strategies, risk assessments, test data and test environments. /li liProvide guidance and mentoring to junior Test Analysts and act as a delegate for the Test Lead when required. /li liSupport business users during UAT and contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement activities. /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liExtensive experience in software testing across a range of applications, platforms and delivery environments. /li liStrong experience producing high-quality testing artefacts, including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Data and Test Execution Evidence. /li liSound understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and testing best practices. /li liExperience using test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and XRay. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



/li liDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities. /li liA proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Highly regarded: /h3 ul liExperience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Postman or JUnit. /li liExperience working in Agile delivery environments. /li liISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent. /li liExperience testing APIs, web services and mobile applications. /li liKnowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python or SQL. /li liExperience within financial services, superannuation or another regulated industry. /li /ul h3Why CareSuper? /h3 pWe’re Not Just Another Super Fund.
