Plan, manage, and control supplier-origin booking flows for domestic and international shipments, ensuring alignment with project schedules, compliance requirements, and operational priorities. Coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure booking readiness, shipment visibility, timely pickups, accurate documentation, and proactive escalation of risks and delays. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Supply chain coordination /h3 ul liPlan, coordinate, and oversee supplier booking activities from origin through freight forwarder handoff, ensuring materials align with project schedules and priorities. /li liFollow up with suppliers for cargo readiness, packing lists, ASN data, pickup requirements, and shipping instructions. /li liEnsure supplier booking activities are executed in line with Nextracker standards, timelines, and documentation requirements. /li liAct as the main coordination point for supplier-related booking issues, delays, and missing information. /li /ul h3Transportation management /h3 ul liCoordinate road, ocean, and air bookings with freight forwarders to meet shipping and delivery deadlines. /li liManage booking confirmations, changes, rollovers, and shipment updates based on supplier readiness and project priorities. /li liTrack shipment progress end-to-end and take timely corrective actions on deviations. /li liSupport urgent shipment requests and recovery actions when booking or pickup risks arise. /li /ul h3Vendor management /h3 ul liCoordinate day-to-day performance of suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers involved in booking execution. /li liEnsure compliance with agreed booking timelines, documentation requirements, and service expectations. /li liEscalate recurring supplier or freight forwarder performance issues affecting booking quality or execution reliability.



/li /ul h3Compliance documentation /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to Incoterms 2020, transport procedures, and internal logistics processes. /li liBe well-versed in shipping documents and validate booking-related information such as B/L instructions, invoices, packing lists, COO/EUR.1, certificates, and container details. /li liCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps before pickup or shipment execution. /li /ul h3Communication reporting /h3 ul liMaintain clear, timely updates with internal stakeholders including Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Logistics Leads, and regional logistics teams. /li liMaintain daily and weekly reports with booking status, supplier readiness, shipment risks, delays, and escalations. /li liCommunicate critical risks proactively and ensure stakeholders are aligned on required actions and recovery plans. /li /ul h3Business systems /h3 ul liKeep TMS and related logistics tools fully up to date with accurate booking and shipment information. /li liMaintain data accuracy across booking records, milestones, supplier status, and execution history. /li liUse TMS, ERP systems, visibility tools, and advanced Excel to monitor open actions and performance trends. /li /ul h3Problem-solving continuous improvement /h3 ul liProactively identify and resolve logistical and booking-related challenges. /li liDrive improvement opportunities across supplier booking coordination, shipment readiness, and data quality. /li liComply with and improve SOPs and work instructions. /li liSupport lessons learned and standardization of supplier booking practices across the region. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade,
