As part of the People team, you will focus on the Labor and HR Administrative area while maintaining a close relationship with the Talent and Development team. /p h3Responsabilidades /h3 ul liEmployee Lifecycle Operations: Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, role changes, leaves, and absences for both entities. /li liHR Administration Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure operational efficiency. /li liEmployee Support: Act as primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, answering queries and providing guidance on policies, contracts, and labor regulations. /li liPayroll Social Security: Execute payroll cycles, manage social security reporting, settlements, and accident/incapacity reporting. /li liWorks Committee: Relationship and cooperation with the Works Committee /li liCompliance Training: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies; monitor mandatory training and documentation. /li liProcess Improvement: Identify workflow efficiencies and support automation initiatives to optimize HR operations.
