The team focuses on continuous improvement, closely following industry trends and emerging technologies to deliver high-quality work. Inter Art Visual offers a transparent project workflow, from initial request and solution proposals through clear timelines, costs, and regular status updates at every stage. The studio provides full-cycle 3 D model creation, with a primary focus on hard-surface assets such as weapons, vehicles, and props, and additional experience in character and environment art. Its artists have contributed to well-known titles including Hunt: Showdown, Remnant II, Escape from Tarkov, and Stalker 2, and prioritize both technical excellence and artistic growth. Role Description The Owner role at Inter Art Visual is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for overseeing studio operations, including project acquisition, client relationship management, and coordination of 3 D design and production workflows. The Owner will define business strategy, set priorities for game and web 3 D projects, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget expectations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising artists, reviewing work in progress, guiding technical and artistic improvements, managing partnerships, and maintaining transparent communication with clients.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new service opportunities, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented studio culture. Qualifications Experience in 3 D art production, particularly hard-surface modeling for games (e.G., weapons, vehicles, props), with understanding of character and environment art workflows. Background in studio management or project leadership, including resource planning, scheduling, and budget oversight for creative or game development projects. Strong client-facing skills, with experience in negotiating project scopes, timelines, and costs, and maintaining clear, professional communication throughout project lifecycles. Ability to define and implement business strategy, identify market opportunities, and build long-term partnerships with game studios and technology companies. Familiarity with industry-standard 3 D tools and pipelines (e.G., 3 D modeling, texturing, and rendering software) and current trends in game art and web visual design. Demonstrated commitment to team development, including mentoring artists, supporting technical and artistic growth, and cultivating an inclusive, collaborative workplace. Fluency in English;
