and performance optimization Experience integrating Service Now with monitoring and observability tools such as Solar Winds and Dynatrace API integration experience using REST, SOAP, and JSON Knowledge of IT infrastructure: networking, servers, and cloud environments (Azure preferred) Strong communication, facilitation, and thought leadership skills Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English (B2 or above) — required for client-facing meetings, calls, and workshops What you'll do Provide technical leadership and guidance across Service Now ITOM implementations Design elegant, scalable solutions that improve how stakeholders and organizations work Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize MID Server performance across complex environments Lead integrations between Service Now and monitoring and observability tools Design and implement API integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON Provide input on IT infrastructure architecture including networking, servers, and cloud environments Present technical architecture solutions clearly to project teams and client stakeholders Lead and mentor junior team members throughout the delivery lifecycle Collaborate with the team on creative and effective design solutions Review project documentation to ensure quality and compliance Interact and consult directly with clients on technical and architectural matters Lead project design and documentation from start to finish Compile requirements and define Service Now-based solutions for customers Collaborate with SMEs, solution architects, and technical architects to define technical direction Act as a recognized Architect or Design Authority, providing input on Service Now design Support implementation programmes for complex, enterprise-scale solutions Establish and enforce design standards and best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimates, and statements of work Ready to lead enterprise-scale ITOM implementations on the Service Now platform? #J-18808-Ljbffr
