Working closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and occasionally clients, you'll gather and translate requirements, map business processes, and help deliver solutions that drive efficiency, consistency, and business value across a diverse client portfolio. /ppThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing data and analytics function, supporting initiatives across business intelligence, reporting, data transformation, and process improvement. We're looking for a proactive, curious, and confident self-starter who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and bringing structure to complex challenges. /ppThis role is based in our Barcelona office 1 - 2 days per week. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTake ownership of analytical initiatives from discovery through to delivery, identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive business value. /liliGather, analyse and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, accurate and aligned to project objectives. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and document requirements through Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including user stories, epics, feature sets, BRDs and functional specifications. /liliLead workshops, brainstorming sessions and requirements gathering activities to understand business challenges and identify effective solutions. /liliMap and analyse existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements. /liliDevelop future-state process documentation and support the design of new systems and enhancements to existing solutions. /liliAct as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables.



/liliSupport project delivery activities including solution estimation, UAT, defect management and stakeholder communications. /liliPerform data analysis using BI tools and Excel to identify trends, insights and key performance drivers. /liliContribute to the standardisation of processes, metrics and ways of working across clients and business functions. /li /ulh3Skills and Experience /h3ulliProven experience as a Business Analyst within a data, analytics, technology or business transformation environment. /liliStrong experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences. /liliDemonstrable experience mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. /liliStrong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including user stories, epics, backlog management and stakeholder collaboration. /liliExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage, challenge and influence colleagues at all levels. /liliHighly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity to deliver outcomes. /liliAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with data to support business decision-making. /liliExperience using Jira and producing high-quality project and requirements documentation. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and translate complex concepts into clear business language. /liliExposure to SQL, Snowflake, Power BI or similar BI and data technologies would be advantageous. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunities /h3padm-Indicia is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
