This role coordinates verification, validation and certification activities across all system levels, manages integration and reliability testing, and ensures traceability between requirements and test outcomes. Acting as the central point of contact for test planning and execution, the Test Leader drives collaboration to deliver robust, reliable solutions. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liTranslate Marketing/Technical requirements into Test Specification, evaluate feasibility, estimate effort (resources, schedule, budget), and identify/mitigate technical risks. Maintain record of results and alignment with requirements. /li liDefine Test Plan and schedule considering the requirements, applicable standards and certification needs. /li liDefine Reliability testing requirement in coherence with the DfSR Practices and outcomes of the definition workshops. /li liDefine and Prepare detailed test plan for execution, and coordinate implementation by Test Engineers or external laboratories. /li liEnsure proper execution of the test plan, including tracking, adaptation, and escalation of risks or deviations. /li liReviewer of Literature for actions going through the test lab /li liReview and approve test documentation, including reports, data summaries, and evidence packages. /li liPoint of contact with certification bodies under the TDAP program and related compliance activites. /li liPoint of contact for OTL and other squad members ensuring alignment on planning, status, and cross-functional execution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in electromechanical laboratory environment /li liExperience working in an agile product development environment. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of ISO-17025 management system,
