We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant. /ph3Main Duties /h3ulliBring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members. /liliMaintain a spotless, pristine work environment /liliProvides service to and is accountable for an assigned section. /liliDevelop relationships with members in order to provide personalized service. /liliPolishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service. /liliPreparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc) /liliPerform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. /liliMaintain a spotless and pristine working environment. /liliAttending regular trainings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings. /liliWiping down tables after members have left resetting the restaurant so we can welcome reservations and accommodate walk ins. /liliResolve member complaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. /liliTake action in all matters related to safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of employees and members. /liliAssure the proper handling of VIPs and PWKs,
