Senior Projects & Change Manager - HR Technology
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Projects & Change Manager to support a strategic HR technology rollout across multiple European markets.
The successful candidate will combine disciplined project delivery with practical change management, working closely with regional HR, Total Rewards, country teams and an external technology partner.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the planning and delivery of multi-country implementations
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
Manage scope, timelines, dependencies and implementation readiness
Maintain effective governance, reporting and project documentation
Identify and manage risks, issues and escalations
Develop stakeholder-engagement and change-management plans
Support workshops, communications, training and user adoption
Measure project effectiveness and support benefits realisation
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
We are looking for:
At least five years' project or programme management experience




Experience delivering complex regional or multi-country projects
Strong external-vendor management experience
Hands-on change-management and stakeholder-adoption capability
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills
Strong attention to detail and effective risk-management capability
The ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams
HR technology, employee benefits or Total Rewards experience would be advantageous
Eligibility to work in Europe and flexibility to travel when required
