Training & Education Specialist – Europe based
Your strength
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience as a Clinical Specialist, Training & Education Specialist, Product Specialist, or within the aortic repair/endovascular field
Experience delivering technical and clinical product training
Knowledge of endovascular therapies, anatomy, and pathology
Experience developing training materials, educational programs, and e-learning content
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across international, cross-functional teams
Your contribution
Develop, deliver,



and continuously improve Training & Education programs across the EMEA region
Plan and conduct internal and external product training, certification, and onboarding activities
Create and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, and educational documentation
Manage assigned learning content and support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinate onboarding, reinforcement, and recertification programs
Support customer workshops and educational events across EMEA
Manage training equipment and educational resources to ensure training readiness
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Marketing, and Sales
Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Training & Education programs
