Mission

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the hiring engine that lets Flyboard scale keeping an exceptionally high bar. You will partner closely with the founders and hiring managers to define roles, source exceptional candidates, run rigorous processes, close top talent, and build the recruiting systems we need as we grow.

You will be hands-on across the full funnel, from outbound sourcing and candidate conversations to scorecards, interview design, pipeline reporting, and offer management. You will report directly to the Founding Team.

What You Will Do

- Own end-to-end recruiting for business, operations, product, and technical roles
- Partner and closely develop our hiring with founders and hiring managers to define role scope, scorecards, interview plans, and hiring criteria
- Build high-quality candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, communities, events, and targeted campaigns
- Run structured screening conversations and assess candidates with speed, judgment, and high standards
- Manage the candidate experience from first touch to offer, keeping processes clear, fast, and respectful
- Improve our sourcing, interview, and closing processes with simple systems that scale
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and give the team clear visibility on hiring priorities, bottlenecks, and conversion
- Help shape employer brand content and outbound messaging that reflects what it is actually like to build at Flyboard
- Use AI and automation pragmatically to improve recruiting quality and speed,



without losing candidate judgment

Adecuado Profile

We are looking for someone sharp, structured, commercially-minded, and very strong at identifying talent.

You will thrive if you:

- Have 3-6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, executive search, or high-growth startup hiring
- Have hired across multiple functions, ideally including technical, GTM, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Are excellent at direct sourcing and comfortable reaching out to high-caliber passive candidates
- Can quickly understand what good looks like for unfamiliar roles and translate that into a focused search strategy
- Bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and a high talent bar
- Communicate clearly with candidates, founders, and hiring managers
- Are organized without being bureaucratic, and can keep multiple searches moving at once
- Have a hands-on mindset and are willing to do the unglamorous work required to close great candidates
- Are fluent in English and Spanish
- Care about AI, startups, and building a team with unusually high ownership
