Impact with your bold ideas and help drive us forward. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented professional to support the Western Europe Committee Chairman while also contributing to the smooth coordination of team activities and logistics across the region. /p pThis role combines high-level executive assistance, strategic coordination, and operational/logistical support, requiring strong multitasking abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Executive Strategic Support to the Western Europe Chairman /h3 ul liProvide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Western Europe Committee Chairman /li liManage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and extensive travel arrangements /li liManage budgets, expenses, and administrative processes (e.g., invoices, approvals) for the Western Europe Committee Chairman /li liPrepare and review presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings and decision-making /li liSupport the development and tracking of strategic plans, roadmaps, and key regional priorities /li liConduct relevant research and analysis (market, stakeholder, internal)
to support planning and decision-making /li /ul h3Stakeholder Communication Management /h3 ul liAct as the main point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders (clients, partners, etc.) /li liManage communications including emails, calls, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism /li liSupport internal communication initiatives /li /ul h3Committee Team Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate Western Europe Committee scheduling meetings and logistics /li liCoordinate events, workshops, and regional meetings, ensuring seamless organization /li liFacilitate communication and alignment across multiple countries and teams /li liSupport the Executive Committee of the European Platform based in Barcelona with scheduling meetings, agenda preparation and action follow-up /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liHandle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion /li liSupport daily operations and contribute to ad hoc projects and cross‑functional initiatives /li liIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team efficiency /li /ul h3Profile Qualifications /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul libMinimum 7+ years of experience /b as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator,
