In this role you will shape and lead European Logistics Execution, steering a high-volume operation across multiple countries. You will drive a customer-centric, digitally enabled end-to-end logistics network while accelerating transformation through data, AI, and automation. Reporting to senior leadership, you connect Supply Chain, Commercial, Asset Productivity, and Digital teams to deliver service excellence at optimized cost. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence regional logistics strategy and culture in a global context.

Responsabilidades
• Senior leadership experience in logistics execution and multi-country operations
• Proven track record in strategy definition, transformation and change leadership
• Strong experience in digitalisation, analytics, and operational optimisation

• Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain and transport operations
• Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen
• Experience with TMS, SAP, BI tools and data-driven operations
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
