About the Role As a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager, you will combine a strong background in IT with a balanced hybrid role focused on people management, technical leadership, and hands‑on execution. You will lead a specialized engineering team, drive critical technology projects, and ensure high-quality software delivery while aligning technical execution with broader business and engineering objectives.
Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, driving career development, performance reviews, and agile delivery.
Balance technical oversight and architecture with team management, coordinating directly with stakeholders and other engineering verticals.
Design and oversee robust backend applications and microservices using .NET Core.
Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and modern infrastructure management via Terraform (IaC) and Kubernetes.
Architect scalable cloud solutions leveraging Azure PaaS and core enterprise cloud services.
Oversee rigorous software testing, code quality standards, and comprehensive technical documentation.
Drive technical strategy, resolve architectural blockers, and manage cross-functional technical initiatives.
Skills & Requirements Education & Foundation: Degree in Information Technology (Grado en IT) or equivalent technical background.
Team & People Management: Proven experience leading technical teams, managing agile processes, mentoring engineers,
and fostering a collaborative culture.
Backend Architecture: Strong proficiency in .NET Core, microservices design patterns, and scalable application development.
DevOps & Infrastructure: Solid hands‑on or oversight experience with ADO Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Cloud Platform (Azure): Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS and core cloud ecosystem services.
Complex Troubleshooting & Strategy: Ability to bridge high‑level technical decisions with practical execution and advanced system optimization.
Nice‑to‑Have: Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Data Lakes.
