In this role, you will work closely with all business areas, supporting talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. In addition, you will drive digital transformation and process automation within the HR department by delivering technological solutions to maximize operational efficiency. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEmployee lifecycle management: Manage and optimize employee movements (onboarding, hires, terminations, promotions, and lateral moves), ensuring accuracy and compliance with workflows. /liliHR operations and benefits: Independently coordinate employee benefit programs (life insurance, savings schemes, pension plans, etc.), manage executive pension plans, and oversee HR operational processes. /liliProcess automation and optimization: Lead HR digitalization by designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate, Power BI, Forms, and by building internal solutions and applications with Power Apps. /liliChange management and Artificial Intelligence (AI):
