Are you searching for a real purpose, not “just another job”? /p h3Department /h3 pProperty /p h3Location - Workplace type /h3 pMadrid - Spain /p h3Employment type /h3 pIndefinite /p h3Mandate /h3 pSupport recurring CAPEX planning and asset assessment activities across the hotel portfolio, identify projects requiring involvement from Architecture, Interior Design, Lighting, Landscape, MEP, and specialist disciplines, coordinate project scopes, design requirements, and technical inputs for recurring CAPEX initiatives, and ensure all interventions align with approved design intent, brand standards, and operational requirements. /p h3Stakeholder Project Coordination /h3 pAct as the main Design department contact with hotel General Managers and operational teams, coordinate with Delivery, Procurement, Facilities Management, and Operations teams throughout all project phases, and support planning, phasing, and execution strategies to minimize operational disruption during refurbishment works. /p h3Design Oversight Site Supervision /h3 pMonitor implementation quality and ensure works are executed according to approved design intent and specifications. Participate in site visits, inspections, mock‑up reviews, and coordination meetings across hotel properties. Review materials, finishes, FFE replacements, and technical solutions to ensure consistency with company standards, and identify and resolve deviations affecting quality, guest experience, or operational functionality.
