In this role you will design and deliver effective enablement content supporting CrowdStrike’s go-to-market efforts. You’ll partner with Field Enablement, Marketing, Product, and other units to provide proactive training and just-in-time resources for sellers. You’ll craft engaging, brand-consistent materials across multiple formats and manage content within the LMS/CMS to keep materials up to date. You will measure impact, iterate with the Content Lead, and help scale enablement across global teams. This role offers a chance to shape how we educate and empower the sales organization in a mission-driven cybersecurity context.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Partner with Field Enablement and go-to-market teams to develop content for GTM movements
• Build and influence content strategy across multiple pillars and teams
• Design professional enablement materials tailored for seller roles
• Create visually engaging presentations, infographics, newsletters, and assets maintaining brand consistency
• Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, animations, graphics) to enhance learning
• Build and edit video presentations and online learning while upholding brand governance
• Evaluate and update content to reflect brand standards and improve effectiveness
• Measure, track, and report content effectiveness with Content Lead
• Tailor and update content for various sales roles and segments
• Manage and organize content within the LMS/CMS to keep materials up to date

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years SaaS sales experience
• 3+ years in Content Design
• Understanding of sales process, customer lifecycles,



MEDDPICC and sales methodologies (Force Management, Sandler)
• Experience in direct sales or enablement content creation for cybersecurity companies
• Proven content design and creation experience (presentations, training plans, etc.) in a sales enablement or training role
• Experience with instructional design for multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, online coursework)
• Strong understanding of content strategy and visual communications
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint); video editing (Camtasia)
• Experience with Lu0026D and content management software (Litmos, Highspot, Articulate Rise 360, Seismic, Allego) and content lifecycle tooling
• Willingness to stay updated with emerging Lu0026D and content tech
• Strategic thinking to align content with enablement goals and organizational objectives
• Ability to collaborate xqbhyrx and influence cross-functional teams (Field Enablement, Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, Sales Leaders)
• Program and project management skills; capable of independent, multi-project work
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex concepts and persuasive messaging
• Ability to leverage tooling to measure content impact and adapt accordingly
