About the Role We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing Security & ICT team. You will provide technical support throughout the pre-sales process, contribute to product strategy, and work closely with sales, HQ, and partners to deliver competitive solutions.
Key Responsibilities Support HQ with product planning by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
Collect and analyze business requirements and competitor information to improve products and solutions.
Conduct market research to support product positioning and pricing.
Provide technical support for projects, including solution design, requirement analysis, proposals, tenders, and technical documentation.
Deliver technical training to distributors and system integrators.




Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or above.
3+ years of experience in the CCTV, ICT, or high-tech industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills;
training experience is a plus.
Proactive, analytical, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Native-level Spanish;
proficiency in English or Chinese preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Experience working with system integrators or project-based solutions is preferred. Experience with consulting firms or engineering/design consultancies is a plus, but not required.
