That’s why we need a Hardware Testing Analyst like you. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe Hardware Testing Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, and executing hardware test activities for electronic and mechanical systems in compliance with quality management procedures. The role contributes to ensuring product reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance through rigorous testing, analysis, and continuous improvement. /p h3What Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3 ul liDefine test plans. /li liExecute and/or supervise test plans. /li liAnalyze design specifications. /li liAssess design limits and constraints. /li liDesign test cases. /li liDesign and develop test fixtures and test benches.



/li liExecute and/or supervise test cases. /li liReproduce reported issues and failures. /li liIdentify root causes and similar failure modes. /li liGenerate test reports and communicate results. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions). /p pWe are looking for a proactive and hands-on engineer with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving. /p ul liBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. /li liAdvanced level of English. /li liHands-on experience of 3-5 years in designing and executing verification and validation testing activities. /li liHands-on experience troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems. /li liExperience can come from various industries, including healthcare, electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, or electro-mechanical products. /li liDynamic, analytical,
