Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive cost management and procurement for complex construction projects, partnering with clients to deliver accurate estimates, cost plans, and post-contract cost control. You will work within a cost management team to support data center, pharma, or oil u0026amp; gas projects, shaping value through pre- and post-contract activities. A strong emphasis on client liaison, governance, and opportunities for new business underpins the role, offering meaningful impact across major programmes.

• Provide estimate and cost planning, producing and presenting final cost plans
• Estimate at conceptual, programming, and detailed levels
• Support feasibility studies and procurement reporting
• Lead procurement activities: pre-qualification, bid analysis, bid reports, and contract documents
• Manage post-contract cost variances and change control processes
• Carry out cost checks and valuations on larger projects ensuring timely accuracy
• Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to client
• Contribute to value engineering and approve final accounts
• Liaise with client and other consultants across project stages
• Provide leadership to the cost management team when needed




• Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and report to line manager
• Suggest improvements for cost management procedures, templates, and products
• Support cost management practices with cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilidades
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience preparing cost estimates
• Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas (preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong technical experience across pre-contract, post-contract, and final account
• Solid understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction
• Solid understanding of civils, structural, and architectural aspects of projects
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large, complex construction projects
• Experience advising clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing
• Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
• Great organizational skills and team-player attitude
