In this role, you will play a key part in designing, analyzing, and optimizing software solutions by combining modern software engineering practices with AI-powered development tools. /ppYou will review and improve existing applications, reduce technical debt, enhance code quality, and help deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions for Trading Controls applications. Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, you will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, documentation, and software delivery. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and develop technical solutions and software components that meet business and technical requirements. /liliAnalyze, review, and optimize Java and Spring Boot applications to improve code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance. /liliReduce technical debt by implementing best coding practices and quality improvements. /liliLeverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot , Devin , or similar solutions to accelerate code analysis, refactoring, and documentation. /liliCollaborate with engineering teams to identify performance bottlenecks and propose technical improvements. /liliSupport backend and frontend development activities following modern engineering standards. /liliContribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes. /liliDocument technical solutions and developments using tools such as JIRA , Confluence , and ALM . /liliCollaborate with production support teams when required to resolve technical issues. /liliEnsure applications comply with cybersecurity, quality, and development standards. /li /ulh3Required Skills Experience /h3ulliMinimum 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer or Code Analyst. /liliStrong experience with:
