Working closely with customers, project teams, and suppliers, you will analyse operational requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure our systems are designed to perform in real-world environments. /ppThis is a highly collaborative, hands-on engineering role where you will be involved from design and configuration through testing, commissioning, and go-live. You'll spend time onsite with customers during key project phases, supporting implementation and ensuring that technical solutions are successfully integrated into daily operations. /ppYou’ll own the technical journey from early concept through detailed design and go-live, ensuring solutions are scalable, validated, and aligned with customer operations and Element Logic standards. ensuring alignment with customer site management. /liliLead supplier engagement by translating system requirements into clear technical specifications. /liliDrive standardization of Element Logic conveyor solutions by leading supplier selection and defining design processes. /liliIdentify and evaluate suppliers, prepare bills of materials (BOMs), issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and validate technical proposals. /liliSupport procurement activities, including technical input to purchase orders when required. /liliPartner with Sales to define and secure the technical solution, leading technical discussions, drawing production, and supplier coordination. /liliMaintain strong market, supplier, and product knowledge to inform solution development. /liliProvide clear and structured reporting on solution status, risks, and progress to internal stakeholders. /li /ulpThis role requires periodic travel, up to approximately 25%, to support customer engagements and project activities at customer locations. /ph3Desired Skills And Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial or others). /lili6+ years of experience in intralogistics or 3PL. /liliRelevant industry experience and knowledge of intralogistics, automation and/or complex logistics flows. /liliProficient in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD. /liliExperience in project-based engineering positions and good understanding of project schedule and budget. /liliDemonstrated ability to manage numerous projects, opportunities, and deadlines. /liliProven ability to reliably forecast and report on the status of proposals. /liliProven ability to obtain, evaluate and compile pricing of opportunities.
