Job Summary

Sales Representative – Plastic and General Surgery (Madrid). Full‑time, on‑site position located at BD, San Agustín de Guadalix, Spain. Responsible for launching a new product line, presenting and selling portfolio to surgeons in public and private accounts, and exceeding sales quota.

Responsibilities

- Analyze sales territory and create a business plan for commercial launch.
- Execute the plan to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives with a focus on key accounts.
- Co‑create and implement a commercial strategy, including identifying key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high‑potential customers).
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts and support them in trial and adoption of our products.
- Deliver a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to the organization of events (congresses, master‑classes, etc.).
- Participate in product listing processes in institutions under your responsibility.
- Collaborate and work in synergy with BD colleagues on strategic accounts.
- Conduct competitive intelligence.




- Manage territory development via a CRM (Salesforce) and enter information daily (opportunities, contacts, events).

Requirements
- Proven track record in selling high‑value medical devices within hospital environments, particularly in surgical settings.
- Entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, grow business, and drive customer adoption of innovative solutions.
- Strong scientific and analytical capabilities to understand, interpret, and present clinical evidence to healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce), digital tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).

Salary

€45,000 – €55,000 per year.
