This is a critical role that will contribute to enhance the procurement function for Group level categories. He/she will collaborate, support and influence business leaders and stakeholders across the whole P2P process, from purchase requisition and negotiation, to purchase order. /p pThis will include contributing to a Procurement Plan to maximize advantages for the Company, drafting the sourcing strategy for each service under his/her responsibility, leading execution of tenders (from drafting of specifications to award and contract signature), influencing stakeholders to define and standardize their requirements, while ensuring compliance with Procurement processes and policy. /p h3Responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liPrimarily, management of the bTelecommunications category /b, including IoT services, and corporate communications (fixed and mobile lines), both Integral and Local services. bOther categories include IT related products and services /b within the Indirect Procurement scope. /li liExecution of the Procurement Plan on categories under his/her responsibility, maximizing savings in the organization. /li liCollaborate, support and influence across the whole P2P process, from purchase requisition and negotiation,



to purchase order. /li liGather specifications of products and services required by business areas. /li liExecute tenders (RFPs), negotiation with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and supplier qualification and selection. /li liDrafting contracts, and negotiating agreements with suppliers in coordination with Legal counsel and internal stakeholders. /li liEnsure process and policy compliance. /li liLead market and spend analysis. /li liDevelop solutions that meet the organization needs and results. /li liIdentify and anticipate issues in the execution of the projects, identify and implement solutions, escalate as required. /li liIdentify risks and escalation to Manager. /li liFollow risk mitigation actions processes defined. /li liManage issues with suppliers, monitor periodically agreements and supplier performance. Including supplier evaluation in line with the scope of services agreed. /li liPropose and lead improvements in the Procurement department, processes and policies. /li liReport as needed on all areas of responsibility and different internal stakeholders. /li libInteraction with the business areas and suppliers /b ul liLead procurement conversations with suppliers as needed. /li liLead conversations with business areas and IT, to communicate, influence, present and discuss the results of each of the stages of negotiation, in order to keep the business and suppliers informed of the activities and progress of each category. /li liAdvise the business of the supplier(s) to be selected and criteria. /li liBe a communication channel between business and suppliers. /li liRepresent the business position with the suppliers to obtain the most appropriate proposals for the internal client. /li liCommunicate results and progress of the negotiations. /li /ul /li /ul h3Location /h3 pThe role is based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid (Spain). /p h3Reports and organization structure /h3 pDirect reporting line to the Telecommunications Category Lead, in the Group Indirect Procurement team.



/p h3Candidate profile /h3 h3Experiences and Qualifications /h3 ul li2 years relevant experience sourcing ideally bIoT and Telecommunications products and services /b, as part of a procurement team in a large organisation. Other interesting categories managed in the same department are: bSoftware, Hardware, IT Infrastructure, cloud and AI, IT Managed Services and Technical Professional Services. /b /li liWorked in a large and cross‑functional procurement team, ideally within a high growth environment. /li liUniversity Degree, preferably Graduate or Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering (Preferred). /li liAdvanced level on Microsoft Office365.
