This role centers on enterprise-level database solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, with emphasis on performance tuning and high availability. /ppbLocation: /b 100% Remote (Spain-based candidates only) /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, implement, and manage high-performance SQL Server databases. /liliAdminister Azure SQL Server and Azure Managed Instance, ensuring security and availability. /liliDevelop and maintain SSRS reports and SSIS ETL packages. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve performance issues, replication failures, and security vulnerabilities. /liliCollaborate with development and operations teams on database optimization and structure. /liliManage backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies (Always On, clustering, log shipping, replication). /liliLead database migrations, upgrades, and cloud adoption initiatives. /liliEnsure compliance with database security best practices and industry standards. /liliUnderstand and implement DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD for database deployments. /liliFamiliarity with NoSQL databases and hybrid cloud environments. /liliHands-on experience with Azure SQL Server and Azure Managed Instance. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulli7+ years in database engineering, administration, and performance tuning. /liliStrong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures). /liliProficiency in SSRS and SSIS. /liliAdvanced skills in query optimization and execution plan analysis. /liliExperience with high-availability setups: Always On, clustering, replication,
