This role focuses on delivering high-quality customizations, preferably aligned with SAP best practices, while maintaining the flexibility to propose alternative approaches when they better serve business objectives. The analyst ensures that all solutions are compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements and supports the implementation of robust, efficient, and scalable processes across the organization. /p pbMain Duties Responsibilities /b /p ul liResponsible to analyze the business requirements, decide about the best practice and customize SAP/FICO system accordingly. /li liWrite Functional Specification documents that will be used by developers for the necessary enhancements. /li liAnalyze escalated problems that may emerge at normal system operation and were not able to be resolved by L2 support and consider solutions. /li liTrain L2 team and end users on system functionality. /li liParticipate in roll-out project meetings and use his/her knowledge and experience to suggest solutions. /li /ul pbCore Competencies and Requirements /b /p pbEducation: /b /p pBachelor’s degree in finance, IT engineering or science related field, or equivalent qualification /p pbWork Experience: /b /p ul liAt least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO projects implementation (on hand). /li liBig experience in heterogenous environments and data integration with SAP.



/li liAdvanced communication skills with business to collect requirements. /li liAbility to communicate and cooperate with multi-national teams. /li liAbility to give guidelines and monitor the job of L2 support team. /li /ul pbTechnical / Language Skills: /b /p ul liSAP ECC6 FICO: (ClassicGL with multiple currencies, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Automatic Payments, PMW, DME Files, Electronic Bank Statements, Search Strings, LSMW) /li liFamiliarity with FICO DB dictionary. /li liAbility to understand ABAP code (basic development is not mandatory but nice to have). /li liUnderstanding of PCA, CCA and PA structural objects and their operation in CO. /li liFluent English speaker. /li liExtensive experience in SAP/FICO customization as well as broad analytical, strong organizational and interpersonal skills is required. The key challenge is managing during a period of rapid change. /li liInfluencing senior management; transitioning from functions into a process/operational business environment. /li liWorking to tight deadlines.
