Team members gain exposure to complex domestic and international engagements, direct client interaction, and accelerated career development opportunities. /ph3How you will contribute /h3pAs a Senior Associate within the CMAA team, you will take an active role in managing workstreams and delivering client engagements across a broad range of accounting advisory and transaction-related projects. You will work closely with senior leadership while mentoring junior team members and interacting directly with client finance teams. /ppKey responsibilities will include:



/pulliLeading day-to-day execution of transaction accounting and financial reporting engagements /liliAdvising clients on accounting implications arising from acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs, and financing transactions /liliPreparing and reviewing technical accounting analyses and accounting position papers under IFRS and local GAAP /liliSupporting IPO readiness and finance transformation projects including reporting process enhancements and control environments /liliManaging project timelines, deliverables, and junior team members across multiple engagements /liliCoordinating with cross-functional AM teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients /liliPreparing high-quality reports, presentations, and client deliverables /liliBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and execution excellence /liliContributing to business development initiatives, proposals, and practice growth activities /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field /lili4–7 years of relevant experience within a Big 4 accounting advisory practice, transaction services, audit, or consulting environment /liliStrong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements /liliExperience with transaction accounting, carve-outs, IPO readiness, or finance transformation projects /liliStrong analytical, project management,
