We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our Operations and Course Management team, supporting a portfolio of online programs. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out academic, operational, and enrollment-related duties for online programs delivered to both B2B and B2C clients. Drive innovation with a proactive mindset /li /ulpWe are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the enrollment process for online programs, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. /liliAttend to administrative duties to ensure a smooth enrollment process. /liliProvide first-level technical support to participants when needed. /liliExecute the delivery of online programs as part of the Program Management team. /liliManage end-to-end delivery of synchronous and asynchronous online programs. /liliSupport participants and faculty before, during, and after the program. /liliExecute satisfaction surveys and analyze participant feedback. /liliLeverage learning analytics to enhance the learner experience. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with participants, faculty, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Academic, Admissions, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Finance,
