We have over 20 years of experience in the robotics field and offer daily challenges to everyone in our team to help them grow. /ph3Job Description /h3pThe Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and continuously improving all manufacturing operations to ensure the efficient, cost effective, and high quality production of the company's robotic systems. /ppThe role ensures that production activities are aligned with business objectives, delivery commitments, quality standards, and financial targets while maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment. The Production Manager acts as the operational bridge between Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics to guarantee industrial excellence from product release to customer delivery. /pbPrimary duties /bul liEnsure manufacturing targets are achieved in terms of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity. /li liCoordinate daily production activities and allocate resources according to operational priorities. /li liEnsure inventory accuracy and material traceability in collaboration with the operations department /li liCoordinate the movement of materials between the warehouse and production. /li liDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions with engineering collaboration. /li liProvide continuous feedback to Engineering regarding manufacturability, assembly challenges, product quality, and process improvements.
