Bofill Arquitectura is looking for a BIM Manager to join our international architecture team at La Fàbrica, Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona).

Bofill Arquitectura is an internationally recognized architecture studio working on large-scale cultural, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and urban projects across Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Africa.

We are seeking a highly experienced BIM professional capable of leading BIM implementation, multidisciplinary coordination and digital project delivery across complex international developments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing BIM standards, coordinating project teams, supervising digital workflows and ensuring the successful integration of architecture, interior design, landscape and engineering disciplines throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead BIM implementation across large-scale international projects
- Develop and manage BIM standards, templates, workflows and quality control procedures
- Define and supervise BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model structures and coordination protocols
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams across architecture, interior design, landscape, structure, MEP and specialist consultants
- Manage model federation, clash detection and digital coordination processes
- Organize project deliverables, workflows and digital production strategies
- Supervise BIM quality control, model audits and information management processes




- Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, contractors and project managers
- Support project planning, resource allocation and delivery schedules
- Mentor BIM architects and support team development
- Participate in digital innovation and process improvement initiatives

Profile:
- Architect, Engineer or related technical discipline
- Strong experience as BIM Manager, BIM Lead or Senior BIM Coordinator
- Experience managing BIM teams on large-scale international projects
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Experience working within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM360 environments
- Strong understanding of Common Data Environments (CDE) and collaborative workflows
- Experience with Navisworks Manage for multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection
- Understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM delivery methodologies
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes from concept design through construction documentation
- Experience organizing workflows, deliverables and team responsibilities
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with international teams and multicultural environments
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino.Inside, Grhasshopper, interoperability workflows and BIM automation tools is highly valued
- Experience in façade coordination and building envelope systems is valued
- High level of English required
