You will uphold the exceptional quality and hospitality standards expected from luxury homes. /p pAs part of our Managed Services program, you will conduct in‑person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to support our luxury quality review process. Consultants typically complete home consultations in approximately 2 hours, with some variation depending on property size. /p pProject operates on an as‑needed basis. Assignment volume may fluctuate throughout the duration of the program and is not guaranteed. Some weeks may have higher activity levels while others may be lighter depending on operational demand and market needs. /p pWhat you’ll do: /p ul liConduct in‑person onsite home consultations and property evaluations. /li liCapture high‑quality photos and document property conditions. /li liComplete structured assessment reports based on your independent expert evaluation of the properties using provided guidelines and templates. /li liMaintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with hosts. /li liCoordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email communication. /liliEnsure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation. /li /ul pWho you are: /p ul liPreferred but not required background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate,



or related fields. /li liReliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations. /li liOwn a phone or tablet that can be used to complete reports and upload photos. /li liStrong attention to details. /li liProficient in written and spoken English. /li liTech‑comfortable and able to complete reports via a stable internet connection. /li liLocated within 1 hour driving distance from the job post location you are applying for. /li /ul pCompensation Structure /p pThis opportunity offers compensation on a per‑assignment basis. Candidates should propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a 1‑bedroom home. Average base rates within this region generally fall between b$85 - $105 for a 1‑bedroom property. /b An additional $5 USD will be added for each additional bedroom, up to 8 bedrooms total. /p pBase Compensation Example: /p ul li1 bedroom = your proposed base rate. /li li2 bedrooms = base rate + $5. /li li3 bedrooms = base rate + $10. /li liEtc. up to 8 bedrooms (all house sizes above 8 bedrooms will receive the 8 bedroom rate). /li /ul pTravel Compensation /p pIn addition to the consultation fee, consultants will also receive compensation for travel for each day they conduct an assessment at a predetermined rate based on the consultant’s distance from the center of the zone they are assigned to.
