You play a critical role in upholding VistaJet’s safety culture, regulatory compliance, and commitment to absolute pride in our work. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver type rating training, recurrent training, proficiency checks, and skill tests in accordance with regulatory and company standards. /li liObjectively assess pilot performance against EASA requirements and VistaJet operating procedures. /li liEnsure consistency and integrity in training and assessment across all pilots. /li liDeliver base training as required, maintaining the highest safety and instructional standards. /li liDevelop and reinforce pilot competency in VistaJet Standard Operating Procedures and operational philosophy. /li liMotivate and elevate crew members to consistently perform at the highest standard. /li liComplete all training documentation, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner.
