About the team
The Group Culture & Partnership (C&P;) team drives Forvis Mazars Group University, the firm’s integral Leadership and Executive Education function dedicated to leadership development, partnership stewardship, and culture enhancement across the Group.
We are a lean, international team working at the heart of the organisation, shaping learning and development of partners across over 100 countries and 7 service lines.
Through our programmes and initiatives, our ambition is to equip future partners, partners, and senior leaders with the mindset, skills, and shared culture needed to grow, collaborate, and make a lasting impact.
The role
The Leadership Development Coordinator contributes to the design and delivery of global leadership and organisational development programmes for (future) partners and senior leaders.
Reporting to the Group Leadership Development Project Manager, this is a hands‑on role supporting programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery across a portfolio of international initiatives.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of leadership development programmes, while contributing to continuous improvement and high‑quality participant experiences.
Key responsibilities
Programme delivery & coordination
Support the end‑to‑end coordination of leadership development programmes, from design logistics to delivery and evaluation
Stakeholder coordination
Manage communications with participants, internal stakeholders faculty, vendors, and external partners
Continuous improvement & visibility
Contribute to programme improvement by gathering feedback and identifying development needs
Support the promotion of C&P; initiatives internally and externally
Operations & administration
Manage programme budgets, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
Maintain programme documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards
Team support
Support the broader C&P; team on cross‑functional projects as needed

What you will do to contribute
Deliver Leadership development programmes
Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of development programmes in collaboration with wider HR / Learning colleagues, (future) partners, and external providers
Support the planning and delivery of workshops, programmes, and initiatives led by the C&P; team
Coordinate the end‑to‑end delivery of key events, including maintaining project plans and budgets
Provide support to leaders and HR colleagues on organisational development and learning‑related queries
Maintain and organise learning resources so that participants and leaders can easily access relevant information
Continuous improvement and best practice
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes to ensure efficient and high‑quality delivery
Use insights and understanding of the business,
alongside Group best practices, to enhance development programmes
Manage key relationships
Build strong working relationships with the global HR community and Country and Service Line Leaders to ensure alignment with business needs
Maintain effective relationships with third‑party providers and faculty
What we’re looking for
1–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development or project coordination, ideally in an international environment
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Interest in leadership development and creating high‑quality learning experiences
Understanding of leadership and/or learning approaches and tools
Experience supporting workshops or people‑related events
Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and digital tools
Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills
Proactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented
Fluent in English;
proficiency in French would be an added advantage.

Demonstrate strong digital literacy (MS Office, HRIS, LMS, LXP tools)
