At Miele, Immer Besser is more than just a promise to our customers — it also shapes the way we work together. In our Madrid office, we are looking for a Brand Specialist who wants to contribute to a collaborative, international, and people-focused environment, joining our Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities of the role include: Brand Campaigns & Activation Execute global brand and digital campaigns in the Spanish market
Localize global campaign assets and coordinate the delivery of campaign materials to media agency.
Develop and implement local brand activation initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, consideration and desirability.
Social Media & Content Develop and execute the local social media strategy in line with integral guidelines and market needs.
Plan, execute and optimize paid social media campaigns supporting owned content initiatives.
Media Strategy & Planning Contribute to the development of the annual media strategy based on business priorities and brand objectives.
Brief and collaborate closely with the media agency to ensure flawless campaign execution across all channels.
Public Relations Support the development of the local PR strategy to strengthen brand reputation.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize earned media opportunities.
What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.




3+ years of experience in a similar role, or at least in Brand Marketing and Social Media or Integrated Marketing.
Fluent in Spanish, and high proficiency in English.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Great project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, as well as analytical mindset (with experience monitoring KPIs) and translating insights into action.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Positive and can-do attitude, with a creative and proactive approach as well as great organization skills.
Available to travel as required by the business.
Ideally (but not a must): Prior relevant experience within a premium or consumer brand.
Previous experience with Public Relations and Media Strategy & Planning.
Experience working in an international matrix organization.
