What You'll Do
Lead cross‑functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges
Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies
Engage and cultivate trust with high‑level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data‑driven narratives and vision‑setting
Balance hands‑on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end‑to‑end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines
Champion professional growth within your team,



fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback
Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building
What You'll Bring
At least 7 years of work experience in top‑tier companies or consulting firms. Prior or current consulting experience is required
At least 2 years of demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project demands
Proven ability to build relationships and manage clients across different levels of seniority
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop transformative solutions
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross‑functional teams
Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect
Fluency in Spanish and English
