About the job Based at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Event Sales Department, the Events Sales Executive is responsible for actively selling the hotel’s event spaces, catering and banquet services,



maximising revenue from corporate and social events while delivering outstanding guest experiences from enquiry through to execution.
The role reports to the Events Sales Manager and the Director of Events .
As Events Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include: Responding to event enquiries and converting opportunities into confirmed business.
Selling meeting spaces, event venues and catering services.
Preparing proposals, contracts and event documentation.
Conducting hotel site inspections and client show rounds.
Coordinating event logistics with operational teams.
Managing event information within Delphi and company systems.
