This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail‑oriented, analytically minded, and excited by the evolution of insurance operations and digital workflows. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor automated processing queues and resolve exception cases within agreed SLAs. /liliReview and validate AI‑extracted data against source documents. /liliApply underwriting judgment to complex or non‑standard cases. /liliIdentify recurring exceptions and support continuous improvement of automation rules. /liliCollaborate with technology and operations teams to refine workflows and thresholds. /liliSupport testing and validation of AI workflow changes before production. /liliManage broker digital experience, including access, maintenance, and escalated queries. /liliCarry out quality checks, audits, and compliance reporting. /liliHelp improve processes and reduce inefficiencies across operations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in insurance or financial services operations. /liliStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking. /liliConfidence working in AI‑augmented environments and questioning automated outputs.
