Purpose

As a Senior FP&A; Analyst, you will play a key role in driving our business performance by providing financial insights, delivering accurate forecasts, and supporting leadership in making strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with business leaders by providing financial insights and recommendations that support strategic decision‑making.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver dashboards, reports, and performance reviews to communicate financial results and drive accountability.
- Support Executive Leadership Team decisions by delivering high‑quality analysis and actionable insights.
- Drive process improvements and standardization to increase efficiency and strengthen financial reporting.
- Manage ad hoc analyses and special projects, adapting to business priorities and evolving needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance,



Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Solid technical knowledge of accounting and finance theory and practice.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, within tight deadlines, and in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented and highly accurate in handling financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
