Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Architect and build scalable data pipelines for machine learning and AI applications
• Develop software products and services from the ground up with maintainability, scalability, and security in mind
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data landscapes, ensure data quality, and prepare data for analytics models

• Mentor client teams on engineering best practices, user-centric design, and Agile values

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of professional experience in building and deploying data solutions and software products
• Strong coding skills in Python; Scala or Java a plus
• Experience with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for production systems
• Familiarity with Spark, Dask, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib)
• Exposure to DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps concepts and practices
• Experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, Airflow, Databricks, Kedro, Dask/RAPIDS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) or agentic systems is a plus; knowledge of LLMs and AI frameworks is beneficial
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates in Agile settings
• Strong time management and communication skills in English and local languages
