As a Senior Electrical Engineer at AECOM Spain, you will lead and develop electrical design teams across diverse projects in sectors like industrial, healthcare, education, and airports. You drive technical design, mentor staff, and deliver power, lighting, and MV/LV calculations, drawings, and specifications. You’ll coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, engage clients, and contribute to high-profile infrastructure solutions that scale globally and create lasting impact.

• Lead electrical power and lighting designs for projects of varying size
• Make design decisions with limited senior input
• Plan design work, estimate costs, and allocate tasks to junior staff
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, technology, and supplier teams
• Maintain accurate project documentation and data
• Advise and review work prepared by junior team members
• Participate in project meetings or delegate activities as needed
• Prepare proposals and maintain client relations




• Assist in project quality control on other projects

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8–10 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Team management/coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of international regulations and standards (NFPA, BS, IEC)
• Proficiency in electrical calculation software (CANECO, ETAP)
• Experience in design and calculation of MV/LV electrical installations xqbhyrx for buildings and infrastructure
• Experience with CCTV, fire detection, security, and access control systems is a plus
• Expertise in electrical design for data centers (DC) including MV/LV distribution and redundancy
• Knowledge of or certification in Uptime Institute standards desirable
