Experteer Overview
In this hands-on role, you lead a diverse team to keep pace with demand while learning the complexities of global operations. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality across shifts, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and address challenges to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll analyze performance data to identify improvements and work with engineers on technical transitions, with a clear focus on delivering customer value and operational excellence.

• Maintain safety standards and monitor process efficiency across site
• Prioritise routine team management and daily operational tasks alongside escalations and contingency planning
• Work with colleagues across teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets
• Discuss operational pros/cons of technical improvements with engineers
• Analyse data and performance metrics with business-area leaders

Responsabilidades
• Experience in employee and performance management
• Experience engaging stakeholders to convey complex ideas clearly
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
• Experience in English-language communication (written and verbal)
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
• Experience in managing teams
