In this role you will govern the IT portfolio, turning data into clear insights and enabling data-driven decisions. You will own the OnePlan project portfolio tool, ensure data quality, and drive process improvements across projects. You will partner with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and senior stakeholders to provide structured reporting and governance. The position sits at the center of a global, cross-functional IT team and emphasizes AI-enabled analytics to shape portfolio outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape how a large tech distributor manages complex initiatives and scales impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collect, maintain, and analyze project data ensuring high data quality in the System of Record
• Leverage AI to enhance data analysis, identify trends, risks, and anomalies for decision-making
• Own and administer the Project Portfolio Management tool (OnePlan) ensuring accuracy and proper usage
• Maintain project structures, timelines, resource planning, and master schedules in the PPM environment
• Improve portfolio processes, data quality, and tool adoption across the organization
• Serve as the central contact for portfolio topics to PMs, Delivery Leads,



and senior stakeholders
• Create concise, executive-ready reports and presentations (primarily in PowerPoint)
• Monitor KPIs such as budget, progress, and timelines and flag deviations or risks
• Support project planning, prioritization, and status tracking across the portfolio
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure smooth communication
• Coach teams on best practices, tools, and portfolio governance

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or a similar role
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data
• Experience or interest in AI xqbhyrx tools, data analytics, and business analytics
• Hands-on experience with PPM tools
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with SharePoint and collaboration tools
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish proficiency beneficial
