Their platform helps integral enterprise clients automate customer service processes, improve response times, and deliver smoother user experiences at scale. By combining LLM-powered workflows, intelligent agents, and deep industry integrations, they are helping redefine how modern businesses operate.

Following strong growth and increasing customer demand, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to help scale their engineering organisation, drive delivery excellence, and build the foundations of a world-class technical team.

What we are looking for

- 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years leading engineering teams
- Solid working experience in C++, python, Golang, Rust, Java
- Strong technical background with experience in distributed systems
- Experience mentoring, hiring, and developing engineers
- Exposure to AI products, LLMs, RAG,



agentic workflows, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments
- Excellent communication skills in English

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed engineering team
- Work closely with Product to deliver the engineering roadmap
- Stay technically involved in architecture and key technical decisions
- Improve engineering processes, delivery, quality, and team performance
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
- Help scale the engineering xhfqzwm team and culture
