POTR, part of the Eni Group, is seeking an Operations Engineer (E-Mobility) to join its Spain-based team. The role involves monitoring and technical support for charging stations across Spain, carrying out remote diagnostics, coordinating on-site maintenance, managing spare parts procurement, and contributing to process development.
Main responsibilities

- Provide technical support to maximise charging station uptime.
- Debug systems and perform remote diagnostics on field failures by implementing anomaly management procedures in line with agreed contractual SLAs, acting remotely or, where necessary, engaging contractors for on‑site activities.
- Coordinate on‑site root cause analysis, servicing, repair, and maintenance activities.
- Plan and supervise both scheduled and corrective maintenance activities, verifying outcomes.
- Order and manage spare parts in coordination with external suppliers.
- Support the development of processes, documentation, and diagnostic knowledge for standard service activities.
- Work closely with the central engineering and operations teams to ensure new issues are efficiently investigated and corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide on‑call availability for second‑level support.
- Provide technical assessments and operational feasibility input to support Sales activities.
- Travel to the Milan headquarters when required for internal workshops.
Skills and experience required

- Technical degree in Electrical Engineering. Degrees or fields of study different from those specified may be considered in the case of significant relevant experience.
- Significant experience as a field service technician, ideally in a similar industry.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken);
knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
- Knowledge of MV and LV electrical systems management and key HSE topics related to maintenance activities.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams within the context of MV or LV site electrical plans.
- Willingness to travel regularly – sometimes on short notice and for extended periods – with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset, and possession of a valid driving licence.
- Availability for off‑hours calls and assignments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with external partners.
- Strong self‑management skills with excellent organisational and documentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and challenges simultaneously.
- Familiarity with IT, telecoms, infrastructure monitoring, or e‑mobility technologies is highly valued.
- Proficiency in presentations, reporting, and use of Microsoft Office.
