Your Tasks

- Requirements elicitation support:



gather requirements from our eCommerce stakeholders and document them in JIRA/Confluence.

- Keep our projects documentation up to date.

- Update existing solution functional documentation.

- Update/Enhance User Manual.

- Create new functional documentation for our features.

- Help validate requirements implementation.

- Deal with any support requests and liaise between end user and the Team.

- Learning on a PO path – shadow and support the PO in meetings with Team/Stakeholders.

Your Profile

- You are a quick learner.

- You are a great communicator and are able to deal in a respectful manner with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

- You are familiar with IT project management concepts and IT development concepts without the need to program. xhfqzwm
